Search terms
A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own system. The provider's policy controls its processing.
Messages
If you email us or use a contact method, we retain the message and contact details as needed to respond. We do not share a message outside our organization unless required by law or necessary to address the request.
